United Way of the Capital Region (UWCR) works year-round to change lives in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties. We do this by identifying long-term and pressing community needs, finding solutions to address those needs and providing results that show how we are making a difference.
As part of UWCR’s commitment to have a greater impact on solving long-term and emerging community problems, we are focusing our efforts on increasing available financial and non-financial resources, building stronger community partnerships and providing measurable results.
